Flute Choice Guide

B-Flute (3.0-3.5 mm)

Premium structural strength. Best for delivery routes, multi-stack warehousing, heavy/grease-laden pizzas (deep-dish, stuffed), and long shelf life.

E-Flute (1.1-1.6 mm)

Slim retail profile, better print quality, higher pallet density (more units per pallet). Best for frozen retail, grab-and-go, and storage-constrained operations.
