Can I order below MOQ?
For sample/test orders (under MOQ), we offer pre-printed sample packs and combined-SKU orders that aggregate across our product line. Custom-printed below MOQ is not currently available.
Do you offer free samples?
Yes — unprinted samples ship free for spec evaluation. For custom-printed samples, we offer paid prototype runs (50–100 units) so you can validate artwork on real production stock before committing to MOQ.
Custom Printing
What's the difference between digital and flexo printing?
Digital: Lower MOQ (from 500 units), faster turnaround (2–3 weeks), full CMYK color, ideal for short runs and seasonal promotions.
Flexo: Higher MOQ (from 20,000 units), longer first-order lead time (4–6 weeks), Pantone color matching, best per-unit economics for repeat large orders.

I don't have production-ready artwork. Can you help?
Yes. Our in-house design team can adapt your existing brand assets (logo, colors, photography) into production-ready files. This service is included free on first orders and quoted separately for ongoing design work.
What file formats do you accept for artwork?
PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, PSD, TIFF. Vector files preferred for logos. 300 DPI minimum at print size for raster artwork. 3mm bleed on all edges. See our Custom Printing page for full artwork specs.
