1. Shipping Origin
All products ship from our Allentown, Pennsylvania warehouse:
215 S Madison St, Allentown, PA 18102-4622, Lehigh County, USA
2. Service Area
- Contiguous United States (48 states): Standard LTL freight or full truckload service.
- Alaska, Hawaii, US territories: Available on request; freight quoted separately.
- Canada & Mexico: Cross-border shipping available; customs documentation prepared by buyer's customs broker. Quoted separately.
3. Lead Times

Rush production may be available on a case-by-case basis at additional cost.
4. Freight & Pricing
- Freight is quoted per order based on destination ZIP code, pallet count, and weight.
- Standard service is LTL freight via national carriers (Old Dominion, Estes, XPO, etc.).
- Large orders (15+ pallets) may qualify for full truckload (FTL) pricing, typically more economical per unit.
- Liftgate, residential delivery, inside delivery, and appointment scheduling are optional accessorials with additional charges.
5. Title & Risk of Loss (FOB Origin)
Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer when the carrier accepts the shipment at our Allentown, PA warehouse. Buyer is the shipper of record for insurance and freight claim purposes.
6. Receiving Inspection
Always inspect shipments before signing the freight bill. Note any visible damage, missing pallets, or shortages directly on the bill of lading. Photograph damaged pallets before unpacking. Concealed damage must be reported to Prime Pack within 5 business days of delivery with photographs and inspection notes.
7. Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with the carrier name, PRO number, and tracking link. You can also contact our team for delivery status updates.
8. Special Delivery Requirements
If your facility requires specific accessorial services (liftgate, dock height truck, after-hours delivery, etc.), please specify on your Purchase Order or at the time of quote. Additional fees apply.
