MOQ stands for Minimum Order Quantity. It's the smallest number of units we can produce on a single SKU. For wholesale corrugated production, MOQs exist because each die and tooling setup has fixed costs that need to amortize across enough units to keep unit pricing competitive.

Our MOQs range from 4,750 (Catering Large Sheet) to 24,000 (Clay Replacement). Multi-SKU orders can combine to meet MOQ across our product line.

Yes — we send unprinted samples free of charge for spec evaluation. For custom-printed samples, we offer paid prototype runs (50-100 units) so you can validate artwork on real production stock before committing to MOQ.

Sample requests typically ship within 5 business days.

B-flute (3.0-3.5 mm) is thicker corrugated, ideal for stacking strength, grease resistance, and delivery routes. Best for full-service pizzerias, ghost kitchens, deep-dish, and any operation where boxes need to hold up under load.

E-flute (1.1-1.6 mm) is slimmer, with better print quality and higher pallet density. Best for frozen pizza retail, grab-and-go cases, and operations where shelf-foot economics matter.

Both are food-safe, FSC-certified, and fully recyclable. We can recommend the right flute based on your use case.

Plain kraft orders: 2-3 weeks from PO. Stock pre-positioned in our Allentown PA warehouse for fastest turnaround.

Custom-printed first orders: 4-6 weeks (includes 1-2 proofing rounds). Most of this time is in proof approval and production scheduling.

Reorders with existing artwork: typically 14 days from PO. Once art is locked in, repeat runs are fast.

Rush production is available case-by-case — ask when you request a quote.

Yes — we ship LTL freight to all 48 contiguous US states from our Allentown, Pennsylvania warehouse. Freight cost is quoted per order based on destination ZIP and total pallet count.

Most orders ship LTL. Large orders (15+ pallets) often qualify for full-truckload (FTL) pricing which can be significantly cheaper per pallet.

International shipping (CA, MX) is available on request — quoted separately.

First-time customers: 50% deposit on PO, 50% on shipment. We accept ACH, wire transfer, and major credit cards.

Established accounts (3+ successful orders, good standing): Net 30 terms available. Net 30 application takes 5-7 business days to process with our credit team.

For large orders or repeat standing orders, custom payment terms can be negotiated.

Every shipment includes:

• Food-safety material declarations (direct food contact safe)

Two production methods:

Digital printing (MOQ from 500 units): 600+ DPI, full CMYK + spot colors, 2-3 week lead time. Best for short runs, seasonal promotions, location-specific designs, and prototype validation.

Flexo printing (MOQ from 20,000 units): Pantone color matching, 1-6 colors, best per-unit economics for repeat large orders, 4-6 week lead time on first order.

Corrugated cardboard is not microwave-safe due to fire risk from glue lines used in production. We recommend transferring food to a microwave-safe plate before heating.

The boxes are oven-safe up to 200°F for short reheats (5 minutes maximum). Beyond that we recommend a sheet pan.

Yes. Multi-SKU orders can be combined to meet our minimum production quantity. For example, instead of ordering 9,500 units of just the 14-inch Michigan, you can mix 4,750 of 14-inch + 4,750 of 16-inch and we treat it as a combined run.

This is especially useful for multi-location operations or ghost kitchens running multiple brands.
